标准化出入科教育在ICU护理带教中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的探讨标准化出入科教育在ICU护理带教的应用效果。方法将我院80例ICU护理实习生,双盲随机法分两组。对照组给予常规法带教,实验组实施标准化出入科教育。比较两组对带教工作的认可评分、ICU护理实习中对理论知识的掌握度、ICU护理实习技能的考核评分。结果实验组的对带教工作的认可评分比对照组高(t=13.862,P=0.000 <0.05)。实验组的对带教工作的认可评分是(94.67±3.28)分,而对照组的对带教工作的认可评分是(86.11±2.12)分。实验组ICU护理实习中对理论知识的掌握度、ICU护理实习技能的考核评分均高于对照组,P <0.05。结论 ICU护理实习生实施标准化出入科教育效果确切,可提高ICU护理实习生的考核成绩和对教学方法的认可程度。 Objective To explore the application effect of standardized entrance and exit education in ICU nursing teaching.Methods 80 ICU nursing interns in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine teaching,while the experimental group was given standardized entrance and exit education.The recognition score of teaching work,the mastery of theoretical knowledge in ICU nursing practice and the assessment score of ICU nursing practice skills were compared between the two groups.Results The recognition score of teaching work in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (t=13.862, P=0.000<0.05). The recognition score of teaching work in the experimental group was (94.67 ± 3.28) points, while that in the control group was (86.11 ± 2.12) points. The scores of mastery of theoretical knowledge and ICU nursing practice skills in ICU nursing practice in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The standardized entrance and exit education for ICU nursing interns is effective, and it can improve the examination scores of ICU nursing interns and the recognition of teaching methods.
