VR技术在临床医学本科妇产科实践教学中的应用

Research on VR Technology in Clinical Undergraduate Practice Teaching of Gynecology and Obstetrics

妇产科学是临床医学本科的重要学科,其操作性强,内容抽象,学生短时间内难以理解及掌握。近年来由于学生人数增多、教学医院数量有限及医学伦理的制约,使临床实践教学资源相对紧缺,难以满足学生在实践过程中多次、完整地学习各项临床技能操作。而虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术日益成熟,具有沉浸性、交互性、想象性、多感知性等属性,不受"时"与"空"的限制,有助于加强学生对理论知识的理解与掌握,并使学生在进入临床之前提前熟悉临床氛围及各项操作技能,加深对临床的感性认识,提高学习效率。因此,将VR技术应用到临床医学本科妇产科实践教学中,是优化妇产科临床实践教学的重要举措。

Obstetrics and gynecology is an important subject in clinical medicine undergraduate course. It has strong operability and abstract content, which makes it difficult for students to understand and master in a short time. In recent years, due to the increasing number of students, the limited number of teaching hospitals and the restriction of medical ethics, the clinical practice teaching resources are relatively scarce, which makes it difficult to meet the needs of students to learn various clinical skills repeatedly and completely in the process of practice. Virtual reality(VR) is becoming more and more mature. It is characterized by immersion, interaction, imagination and multi-perception, and is not limited by "time" or "space". It is helpful to strengthen students’ understanding and mastery of theoretical knowledge, make students familiar with clinical atmosphere and various operation skills in advance before entering the clinic, deepen their perceptual knowledge of clinic and improve the efficiency of learning. Therefore, it is an important measure to optimize the clinical practice teaching skills of obstetrics and gynecology by applying VR technology to practical teaching of clinical medicine undergraduates.
