体外膈肌起搏在临床疾病中的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 体外膈肌起搏器是我国研制的创新技术产品,主要通过刺激膈神经引起膈肌收缩,它能够有效增强膈肌肌力,改善患者通气功能,提高患者生活活动能力和生活质量,具有较高的临床使用价值。体外膈肌起搏技术应用于临床已有30余年历史,研究成果较多,应用范围较广,目前主要应用于呼吸系统疾病治疗。文章通过体外膈肌起搏技术在临床疾病中的研究做一综述,尤其是在颈髓损伤、脑卒中、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺心病、顽固性呃逆、膈肌功能障碍等疾病。体外膈肌起搏治疗可改善患者的肺通气功能和动脉血气指标,减轻患者的疾病症状,提高患者的运动耐受能力,肺通气功能受损严重和症状严重的患者获益更多。 External diaphragm pacemaker technology is an innovative technology products of our country,which mainly stimulates the phrenic nerve caused by diaphragmatic contraction.EDP can effectively increase the diaphragmatic muscle strength and endurance of patients,improve the ventilation function of patients,improve the ability of daily life activities and quality of life.The technology has been applied to clinical for more than thirty years,and also widely used,which is mainly used in the treatment of respiratory disease.In this paper,the clinical application of external diaphragm pacemaker technology in diseases was reviewed,especially in cervical spinal cord injury,stroke,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary heart disease,intractable hiccup,diaphragmatic dysfunction and other diseases.External diaphragm pacing treatment can improve the patient’s pulmonary ventilation function and arterial blood gas index,reduce the patient’s disease symptoms,and improve patient’s exercise tolerance.And patients with severe impaired lung ventilation and severe symptoms benefit more.
