氨氯地平与硝苯地平治疗高血压的应用效果

Application Effect of Amlodipine and Nifedipine in Treating Hypertension

目的探讨高血压治疗中苯磺酸氨氯地平片与硝苯地平片的降压效果与安全性。方法研究对象选取2018年5月—2020年5月收治的85例高血压患者,遵照随机分组原则应用数字随机表法分为观察组与对照组。其中40例患者接受硝苯地平片治疗方法,视为对照组;另外45例患者苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗方法,视为观察组。比较观察两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果治疗效果显示观察组有效率更高(93.33%vs.75.00%),数据检验结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同对照组的不良反应发生率相比,观察组显著较低(P<0.05)。结论相比于硝苯地平片,苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗高血压效果较为明显,能够积极控制血压且安全性较好。

Objective To explore the antihypertensive effect and safety of amlodipine besylate and nifedipine tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods 85 patients with hypertension in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random grouping.40 patients were treated with nifedipine tablets as control group;another 45 patients with amlodipine besylate tablets treatment,as the observation group.The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect showed that the effective rate of the observation group was higher(93.33%vs.75.00%),and the data test results were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group,the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with nifedipine tablets,amlodipine besylate tablets are more effective in the treatment of hypertension,they can actively control blood pressure and have better safety.
