Effect of Insulin Pump Combined With Human Insulin on Gestational Diabetes

目的对妊娠糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵联合人胰岛素治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择收治的妊娠糖尿病患者120例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间段为2018年11月—2019年10月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为单一组(n=60)和联合组(n=60)。采用人胰岛素皮下注射治疗单一组,联合应用胰岛泵治疗联合组。对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果联合组患者的血糖水平较之于单一组更低,母婴不良结局较之于单一组更低,比较结果经过检验(P <0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵联合人胰岛素治疗效果显著,可以有效控制患者的血糖水平,改善其母婴结局。

Objective To explore the effect of insulin pump combined with human insulin therapy in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 120 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects included in this study,the time period was selected from November 2018 to October 2019,and they were divided into a single group according to the random number table method(n=60)and the joint group(n=60).A single group was treated with subcutaneous injection of human insulin,and a combined group was treated with islet pump.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The blood glucose level of the patients in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,and the adverse outcomes of mothers and infants were lower than that in the single group.The comparison results were tested(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of gestational diabetes patients with insulin pump combined with human insulin has a significant effect,which can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients and improve their maternal and infant outcomes.
