中药炮制对含苷类药物疗效及毒副作用的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Processing on the Efficacy and Side Effects of Glycosides Containing Drugs

目的分析含苷类药物经中药炮制的临床效果及对毒副作用的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月于本院行中药治疗的80例患者为研究对象,根据随机、单盲法分组,两组各40例,观察组服用的含苷类药物经中药炮制处理,对照组服用的含苷类药物未经中药炮制处理,对比两组治疗情况。结果观察组比对照组毒副反应发生率更低,分别为2.50%和22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组比对照组治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含苷类药物经中药炮制,可充分发挥出药物有效成分,改善药性,提升治疗效果,降低药物毒副作用,故需要通过科学方法炮制成品,有效提高用药安全性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of glycoside containing drugs processed by traditional Chinese medicine and its influence on side effects.Methods Eighty patients who received traditional Chinese medicine treatment in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group according to single blind method.The glycosides in the observation group were processed with traditional Chinese medicine,while the glycosides in the control group were not processed with traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of side effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,which was 2.50%and 22.50%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Glycoside containing drugs processed by traditional Chinese medicine can give full play to the effective ingredients of drugs,improve the drug properties,improve the treatment effect,reduce the toxic and side effects of drugs,so it is necessary to process the finished products by scientific methods to effectively improve the safety of drug use.
