Strengthening the ability to scientific research of clinical traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctors is an important measure to help doctors comprehensively improve themselves and promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM.Refining scientific problems is the premise of scientific research,which can be implemented by starting from the difference of thinking between Chinese and Western medicine,finding problems in practice and seeking breakthroughs in the blank space.Training of scientific research thinking should gradually become an essential item in the cultivation of TCM doctors,which is not only the traditional thinking,but also the modern scientific research thinking and frontier medical ideas.Optimizing the research path is the key to promoting the orderly development of scientific research.Under the goal orientation of"six steps",researchers can learn from others to promote the transformation of achievements and finally return to TCM clinical practice.Good spiritual character is a strong support for the smooth development of research work.Researchers should not only learn from others,but also have the belief of seeking truth from facts,self-confidence and self-reliance.
