Discussing the Security Protection of Health Care Big Data

健康医疗大数据因其具有高价值和网络共享性,其安全性存在风险。我国在保障健康医疗大数据安全方面采取了一系列措施,但在政策措施执行、制度设计、安全管理方面仍存在问题。在分析研究我国健康医疗大数据信息安全保护现状基础上,从强化顶层政策设计、出台相关法律条款、健全数据安全管理体系等方面探讨保护健康医疗大数据信息安全的路径。

Because of its high value and network sharing,health care big data has risks in its security.A series of measures to ensure the safety of big data of health and medical care had been taken in China,while some problems still existed in the implementation of policy measures,system design and safety management.Based on analyzing the status of information security protection of health care big data in China,the ways to protect the information security of health care big data were explored from the aspects of strengthening the top-level policy design,issuing relevant legal provisions and improving the data security management system.
