摘要
为解决自然资源部门成立后数据来源复杂、使用效率低下的问题,设计了以地理实体为技术核心的自然资源地理块数据体系。通过数据叠加、业务融合,将自然资源常规业务所涉及的地理对象重新划分为管理区域、管理单元、建筑物及设施3个层级,并基本保持了对原数据的位置、属性的继承,可以应用于日常的城市更新、土地收储、规划管控、违法监测等业务。自然资源地理块数据具有信息完整、简洁清晰的特点,从原来的横向业务视角转变为竖向的地理对象视角,通俗易懂,方便使用。
In order to solve the problems of complex data sources and low efficiency after the establishment of the natural resources department,a natural resources geographic block data system based on geographic entities is devised.Through data superposition and business integration,the geographical objects involved in the conventional business of natural resources are redivided into three levels:management area,management unit,buildings and facilities.The location and attribute of the original data are basically inherited.It can be applied to daily urban renewal,land acquisition and storage,planning control,illegal monitoring and other businesses.Natural resources geographic block data features complete information,being concise and clear.Due to the transformation from the original horizontal business perspective to the vertical geographical object perspective,non-professionals can understand and use it well,so it can be widely promoted and used.
