摘要 铁基非晶合金由于优越的综合物理性能和高强度高硬度等优点,被广泛应用于机械零件、石油化工、航空航天等领域。综述了由铁基非晶合金制备的耐磨减摩涂层的研究现状和制备方法。结合原位合成技术,概述了通过"原位内生"增强相来强化涂层,兼顾耐磨性和减摩性,从而获得性能优良、质量客观的理想涂层。以等离子熔覆和超音速火焰喷涂为例,阐述了铁基非晶合金涂层的发展趋势。 The iron-based amorphous alloy has the advantages of excellent comprehensive physical property and high strength and high hardness,and is widely applied to the fields of mechanical parts,petrochemical industry,aerospace and the like.The research status and preparation methods of wear-resistant and anti-friction coatings prepared from iron-based amorphous alloys were reviewed.Combined with in-situ synthesis technology,the coating strengthened by"in-situ endophytic"strengthening phase was summarized.The ideal coating with excellent properties and objective quality can be obtained by taking into account both wear resistance and friction reduction.Taking plasma coating and supersonic flame spraying as examples,the development trend of iron-based amorphous alloy coatings was described.
