摘要
智能制造是国家未来制造业的发展趋势,传统制造行业转型升级已成为现今社会提升产品质量、提高生产效率的重要任务。以电气化铁路关键件铝合金棘轮本体为研究对象,介绍了该铝合金件改型升级过程中为适应智能制造进行的结构优化及成型工艺设计,并对优化后的棘轮结构进行受力分析,对成型工艺方案进行数值模拟分析。同时,介绍了棘轮本体自动化生产线搭建方案,详细论述了从产品设计到智能制造整个自动化生产流程。该研究可提高产品改型升级的可靠性,为后续的智能化生产线设计提供借鉴。
Intelligent manufacturing is the development trend of national manufacturing industry in the future.The transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry has become an important task to improve the product quality and production efficiency in today’s society.The structural optimization and forming process design of the key aluminum alloy ratchet body in electrified railway to adapt to the intelligent manufacturing process were introduced,and the optimized ratchet structure was analyzed by force analysis,and the forming process scheme was numerically simulated and analyzed.At the same time,the construction scheme of ratchet body automation production line was introduced,and the whole automatic production process from product design to intelligent manufacturing was discussed in detail.This research can improve the reliability of product modification and upgrade,and provide reference for the subsequent intelligent production line design.
