摘要
采用电镀和超音速火焰喷涂工艺在GH2909合金表面分别沉积了厚度为8μm的电镀Cr层与厚度为85μm的Ni CoCrAlY涂层。采用静态氧化增重法测试了GH2909合金、GH2909合金-Cr涂层、GH2909合金-Ni CoCrAlY涂层在750℃下的高温抗氧化性能。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱仪对其高温氧化行为进行研究。结果表明:GH2909合金在750℃下抗氧化性能较差,而Cr涂层与Ni CoCrAlY涂层均可有效阻挡基体在高温下的氧化。Ni CoCrAlY涂层具有更优异的抗氧化效果,在750℃下可达完全抗氧化级。
The Cr coating with the thickness of 8μm and Ni CoCrAlY coating with thickness of 85μm were deposited on the surface of GH2909 alloy by electroplating and supersonic flame spraying respectively.The high temperature oxidation resistance of GH2909 alloy,GH2909 alloy-Cr coating and GH2909 alloy-NiCoCrAlY coating at 750℃was tested by static oxidative weight method,and the high temperature oxidation behavior were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and EDS.The results indicate that GH2909 alloy shows poor oxidation resistance at 750℃,while Cr and Ni CoCrAlY coating can effectively prevent the oxidation at high temperature.Ni CoCrAlY coating has better oxidation resistance at 750℃,which can reach a complete antioxidant level.
