从服务型城市到全球城市的逻辑机理和实现路径

From Service-oriented City to Global City:Logical Mechanism and Realization Path

认为随着全球化的蔓延,越来越多的城市逐步融入全球城市网络体系,但如何成为真正的全球城市甚至是顶级全球城市,仍值得探索。提出并深入阐述了服务型城市的概念,认为服务型城市与全球城市在理论上相关,在实践上共通,建设服务型城市是实现全球城市的有效途径。从服务型城市到全球城市,可以构建“1+2+4”的路径体系,即以全球性服务企业为一个重要战略突破口,以“区域—全球”为两级服务网络,以更加发达的产业服务体系、更为活跃的科创服务体系、更高品质的生活服务体系和更多包容的文化服务体系为四大全球服务体系。

With the spread of globalization,more and more cities are gradually integrating into the global urban network system.But how to become a truly global city,even a top global city,is still worth exploring.This paper proposes the concept of service-oriented city.It believes that service-oriented cities are theoretically related to global cities,and they are common in practice.Building a service-oriented city is an effective way to realize global cities.From service-oriented cities to global cities,we can build a“1+2+4”path system,that is,the global service enterprises as an important strategic breakthrough,the“regional-global”service as a two-level service network,and four global service systems including the more developed industrial service system,the more active innovation service system,the higher quality life service system and the more inclusive cultural service system.
