摘要 针对钢纤维混凝土结构现有的细观尺度数值分析存在的问题,提出了一种新的SFRC三维细观尺度数值分析模型.在有限元软件Ansys及Madis/FEA中通过宏观混凝土与微观钢纤维相结合的方法来建立该模型,并进行非线性分析计算.与既有抗折试验进行对比分析可得,三维细观尺度数值分析方法结果与试验均值吻合较好,说明本文方法能较好地反映结构的强度、延性等特征及裂缝发展过程,并能反映钢纤维的受力过程. Aiming at the existing problems of current micro-scale numerical analysis on steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)structures,a novel numerical analysis model for the SFRC in 3D meso-scale was proposed.Using the finite element software Ansys and Madis/FEA,the as-proposed model was established with a combination method for the macroscopic concrete and the microscopic steel fibers,and the nonlinear analysis calculation was performed.Compared with the existing flexural tests,the results of numerical analysis method in 3D meso-scale agree well with the mean values of experimentation,indicating that the as-proposed method can better reflect such features as the strength and ductility of structure as well as the crack development process.Meanwhile,the as-proposed method can uniquely reflect the stress situation of steel fiber.
