摘要 高时空分辨率卫星遥感影像能够为变化检测研究提供更加精细的空谱变化信息以及更高频次的时谱变化信息。时空融合技术虽然能够用于高时空分辨率数据的重建研究,但其在变化检测研究中的应用精度尚未得到有效验证。以覆盖山西省太原市城区的GF-2和GF-1 WFV多光谱影像为实验数据,利用2种典型单数据对时空融合模型(STARFM和FSDAF)重建出不同年份4个时相的GF-2多光谱影像,将4景重建影像分成2组,采用迭代加权多元变化检测算法对2组重建影像进行变化检测和质量评价,将其变化检测结果与真实GF-2变化检测结果进行对比,探索时空融合技术在变化检测中的可行性。实验结果表明,利用时空融合模型重建的GF-2遥感影像可以用于变化检测研究,其变化检测结果总精度可达87%,Kappa系数可达0.75以上。FSDAF模型重建影像精度及变化检测精度都略高于STARFM,证明变化检测精度随融合精度的增大而增大。 High spatio-temporal resolution satellite remote sensing images can provide more detailed spatial-spectrum change information and higher-frequency time-spectrum change information for change detection research.Although spatio-temporal fusion technology can be used in the reconstruction of high spatio-temporal resolution data,its application accuracy in change detection research has not been effectively verified.Taking the GF-2 and GF-1 WFV multispectral images covering Taiyuan city of Shanxi Province as the experimental data,the GF-2 multispectral images of four phases in different years are reconstructed by using two typical single data pair spatio-temporal fusion models(STARFM and FSDAF).The four scenes of reconstructed images are divided into two groups,and the iterative weighted multivariate change detection algorithm is used to perform change detection and quality evaluation on the two groups of reconstructed images.The change detection results are compared with the real GF-2 change detection results to explore the feasibility of spatio-temporal fusion technology in change detection.The experimental results show that the GF-2 remote sensing image reconstructed by the spatio-temporal fusion model can be used for change detection research,the total accuracy of change detection results can reach 87%,and the Kappa coefficient can reach more than 0.75.Among them,the reconstruction accuracy and change detection accuracy of FSDAF are slightly higher than that of STARFM,which proves that the change detection accuracy increases with the increase of fusion accuracy.
