酒精致低钾血症及高血压合并肾上腺结节1例

Chronic alcoholism caused hypokalemia and hypertension combined with adrenal nodules:a case report

摘要 患者:男性,43岁,因四肢无力11个月,加重1个月,由下级医院转诊。11个月前大量饮酒后出现四肢无力,双下肢为著,仍可行走。无呼吸、吞咽困难,无肌肉酸痛、恶心、呕吐。于当地医院测血压120~180/70~120 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。测血钾2.03 mmol/L(参考范围2.5~3.5 mmol/L).
