中医药治疗高血压合并认知障碍的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hypertension with Cognitive Impairment

从单味中药、中药复方、中医外治法3个方面综合论述了中医药治疗高血压合并认知障碍的研究进展。肝阳上亢、阴虚阳亢、痰浊内阻、瘀血阻络是研究最多的中医证型。晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)紊乱、细胞凋亡、坏死、自噬、氧化应激等是高血压合并认知障碍可能的西医致病机制。丹参、葛根等单味中药与六味地黄丸、血府逐瘀汤等中药复方内服,以及针灸、穴位贴敷等中医特色外治法对该病有明显治疗效果,具有良好的降低血压与改善认知的作用。

This paper comprehensively discusses the research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension with cognitive impairment from three aspects,single Chinese medicine,compound Chinese medicine and external treatment of Chinese medicine.Hyperactivity of liver Yang,hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency,phlegm turbid internal obstruction and blood stasis blocking collaterals are the most studied TCM syndromes.RAGE,RAAS disorder,apoptosis,necrosis,autophagy,oxidative stress and so on may be the western medicine pathogenesis of hypertension with cognitive impairment.Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza),Gegen(Puerarialobata)and other single Chinese medicine,Liuwei Dihuang Pill(六味地黄丸),Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(血府逐瘀汤)and other Chinese medicine compound oral administration,as well as acupuncture,acupoint application and other Chinese medicine characteristics of external treatment can provide obvious therapeutic effect for this disease,with a good role in reducing blood pressure and improving cognition.
