摘要
以水相法生产的树脂,其聚合环境中因水的存在,使得单体分子在引发剂、稳定剂等助剂的诱导反应环境下,各分子单体结合的同时,也容易将水相环境中的水分子带入,从而形成单体与水的结合类球团,至聚合过程结束成为PVC颗粒。由于聚合过程带入的水分子,占据了树脂颗粒中一定的体积,若能将此部分水分子通过微波加热的方式,释放脱离出树脂颗粒,将改变已聚合而成的PVC树脂颗粒分子模型,增加孔洞,从而增大比表面积和吸油率。
In aqueous phase method of production of resin,its polymerization environment due to the presence of water,the monomer molecules in the initiator,induced reaction conditions,such as additives of various molecular monomers combine at the same time,also easy to water environment,the water molecules into,thus forming the combination of monomer and water pellets,until the end of polymerization process become PVC particles.Since the water molecules brought into the polymerization process occupy a certain volume in the resin particles,if this part of water molecules can be released from the resin particles through microwave heating,it will change the polymerization of PVC resin particle molecular model,increase the holes,thereby increasing the specific surface area and oil absorption rate.
