Design and implementation of a surveying and mapping equipment management system based on QR code

摘要 针对绘设备静态人工管理难以现场快速、准确地获取设备全生命周期运维信息的问题,该文基于二维码技术使用灵活、识别率高、保密防伪性强等特性,设计开发了一套设备管理系统。对系统架构、功能以及数据库进行详细设计,采用面向服务方法开发系统并建立设备全生命周期在线运维档案。通过部署手持端和后台管理端设备搭建系统,能够快速采集、查询、处理与统计分析设备"入库—维护—维修—报废"全生命周期动态信息,实现设备一物一码精细化管理,提高运维工作效率和管理水平,推进运维工作由被动到主动、由人工向自动化的转变。 Aiming at the problem that could lead to operation and maintenance information of entire life cycle of the equipment could not be quickly and accurately obtained by equipment operation and maintenance personnel at the scene, an equipment management system was designed and developed, which was based on the characteristics of flexible use, high recognition rate, strong security, and anti-counterfeiting of QR code technology. Firstly, system architecture, function, and database were designed. Secondly, the service-oriented method was adopted to develop the system and online files of equipment covering the entire life cycle were established. Finally, the handheld terminal and backstage management terminal were deployed and operated. As the result, the efficiency and management level of operation and maintenance would be improved by the system, and the transformation of operation and maintenance would be promoted from passive and manual to active and automated mode.
