风险管理在高龄髋部骨折护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Risk Management in Nursing of Elderly Hip Fracture

目的:探讨风险管理在高龄髋部骨折护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年10月我院收治的髋部骨折患者110例,随机分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用风险管理护理。结果:观察组的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在高龄髋部骨折患者的护理中应用风险管理护理,患者的不良发生率较低,治疗效果较好,且患者的满意度较高,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of risk management in nursing care of elderly hip fracture.Methods:A total of 110 patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received risk management nursing.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk management in the nursing care of elderly patients with hip fracture shows that the adverse incidence rate of patients is lower,the therap>eutic effect is better,and the satisfaction of patients is higher,which should be further promoted in clinical practice.
