超声波辅助提取黄花菜中类胡萝卜素工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以黄花菜为试验材料,利用分光光度法筛选提取其类胡萝卜素的最佳条件。通过单因素试验,研究料液比、超声温度、超声时间、超声功率对提取类胡萝卜素含量的影响,采用正交试验确定超声波法提取黄花菜中类胡萝卜素的最佳提取工艺。结果表明以丙酮石油醚(1∶1)为提取溶剂,按料液比1∶20(g·mL^(-1)),超声温度55℃,超声时间25 min,超声功率200 W进行超声提取,在445 nm波长下测定类胡萝卜素提取液的吸光光度值。此方法所得类胡萝卜素含量为62.16 mg·100g^(-1),重复性好。 Taking daylily as material,the best condition for extraction of carotenoids was screened out by use of spectrophotometric.The single factor experiment was conducted to study the effect of technological parameters,including extraction solvent,material-liquid ratio,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power,on daylily carotenoids content and the optimum process parameters were determined by orthogonal.The results showed that acetone petroleum ether(1∶1)was used as the extraction solvent,the carotenoids were extracted under conditions of solid-liquid ratio 1∶20(g·mL^(-1)),ultrasonic temperature 55℃,extraction for 25 min,ultrasonic power 200 W;the absorptiometry value of carotenoid extracting solution was measured at 445nm.The carotenoids content was 62.16 g·100 g^(-1) by use of the above method,and this mehod had good reproducibility.
