基于满足度分析的永定河生态水量及修复策略 被引量:1

摘要 永定河是贯穿京津冀晋蒙的重要生态廊道,是京津冀协同发展的生态大动脉。20世纪80年代以来,经济社会高速发展不同程度挤占了河道内生态用水,河道生态环境损害严重。为修复和改善永定河生态状况,实现永定河流域高质量发展,基于下垫面一致性修正后的水文系列,按Tennant法和频率曲线法两种方法计算了永定河主要控制断面基本生态环境需水量和月过程,并对计算结果进行了对比分析,另经断面实测水量和生态需水对比,分析基本生态需水量满足程度。结合分析成果,从深挖节水、补水增源、控制开采和优化调度等角度提出生态修复措施,为治理和修复永定河提供依据。 Yongding River,as an important ecological corridor running through Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Hebei,Beijing,Tianjin and flowing into Bohai sea,serves as an water and ecological artery of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,which is one of China’s leading national strategies.Since the 1980s,the rapid development of economy and society has occupied the ecological water in the river in varying degrees,which leaded to serious damages of the ecological environment of the river.In order to restore the ecological condition and realize the high-quality development of Yongding River Basin,based on the hydrological series modified y consistency of underlying surface,the basic Eco-environmental water demand and monthly process of the main control sections were calculated with Tennant method and frequency curve method.The amount of ecosystem water demand was compared with the historical data,and the satisfaction degree was analyzed through comparison of the measured water quality and ecological water demand.Combined with the analysis results,the ecological restoration measures are put forward from the point of view deep excavation and water saving,water replenishment,source increasing,mining control and optimal dispatching to provide a basis of the treatment and restoration of Yongding River.
