湟水河流域水环境现状及精准治理措施研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对西宁市湟水河流域明杏桥至平安区小峡桥之间河流污染现状,分析研究了该河段出口断面水质不达标的主要原因,认为该河段主要表现为枯水期污染,水环境容量不足,纳污能力为负值,枯水期市政排水量占比较大,同时冬季枯水期污水厂出水水质较差,两者叠加加剧,下游断面枯水期水质的下降。经过精准治理后,河流呈现一定的纳污能力,能够保证出口断面水质达标,对于改善湟水河流域水环境有重要意义。 Through the analysis of the current situation of river pollution between Mingxing Bridge and Xiaoxia bridge in Xining Huangshui River watershed,the main reasons for the substandard water quality at the outlet section of the reach were studied.The results show that the river section is mainly polluted in the dry season,with insufficient water environmental capacity,negative pollution carrying capacity,large proportion of municipal water discharge in the dry season,and poor effluent quality from the sewage plant in the winter dry season,and the superposition of the two aggravates the water quality decline in the downstream section.After the treatment,the river can show a certain capacity to carry pollution,can ensure that the water quality of the export section reaches the standard,precise treatment measures for improving the water environment of the Huangshui River Basin is of great significance.
