摘要
数字教材在本体意义上是工具理性与价值诉求的双重负载。在数字教材编制过程之中融入AI技术,能够有效解决技术呈现与受众认知之间的内在矛盾。然而,AI技术在为数字教材编制创设有利条件的同时,也可能隐含着某些技术伦理风险。以伦理视角对AI技术渗透下的数字教材编制进行审视,应注重协同合作的关系、遵循守正创新的内容、彰显以人为本的价值等伦理诉求。鉴于AI技术本身所隐藏的算法缺陷、数据危机以及社会隐忧等风险,会伴随着其应用疆界的不断拓展而蔓延至数字教材编制全景之中,致使AI技术加持之下的数字教材编制,由此衍生信息圈层固化、智能技术依赖、知识呈现粒化、内容组织碎化以及责任归属不清等方面的伦理风险。因此,为化解融入AI的数字教材编制伦理风险,应从构建人工智能的伦理准则与技术责任制度出发,坚守“以人为本”的数字教材编制价值理念,以动态化视域通盘考量数字教材编制全过程,以技术赋能为前提审视数字教材设计机理,同时着力完善数字教材编制标准及相关法律法规。
The ontological sense of digital teaching materials is the dual load of tool rationality and value appeal.Incorporating AI technology into the process of digital textbook compilation can effectively solve the internal contradiction between technical presentation and audience cognition in the process of traditional textbook compilation.However,AI technology may also pose certain technical ethical risks while creating favorable conditions for the development of digital teaching materials.Taking the ethical perspective as the entry point to examine the digital teaching materials under the penetration of AI technology,and excavate their ethical demands as follows:Pay attention to the ethical appeal of the relationship of cooperative cooperation,follow the content ethics appeal of correct innovation,and highlight the value ethics appeal of people-oriented.The risks of algorithmic defects,data crises and social worries hidden in AI technology itself have spread to the panorama of digital textbook compilation along with the continuous expansion of its application boundaries,the compilation of digital teaching materials under the support of AI technology is derived from the ethical risks of information circle curing,intelligent technology dependence,knowledge presentation granularization,content organization fragmentation and unclear attribution of responsibility.Therefore,in order to avoid the ethical risks of digital textbook compilation in the field of artificial intelligence,we should start from the establishment of artificial intelligence ethics and technical responsibility system,constructing a“people-oriented”digital textbook compilation value concept,the whole process of digital textbook compilation is considered from the dynamic horizon,and the design mechanism of digital textbooks is reviewed on the premise of technological empowerment.At the same time,efforts are made to improve the standards for the compilation of digital textbooks and related laws and regulations.
