在开展水利调度工程中,需要考虑地区可持续发展能力。针对水利调度工程中的水土保持可持续发展能力评价研究,首先建立水土保持生态足迹模型,给出地区生态足迹状态。依据模型,对该地区的水土效益进行计算,确定对应的水土效益价值。同时,对该地区的水土保持可持续发展能力指标进行量化计算并得出归一化结果,给出评价结果。以正在开展水利调度工程的某地区为例,对该地区的水土保持可持续发展能力进行评价,通过运算得出对该地区可持续发展能力的评价结果,验证了评价方法具有实际应用价值。

In the development of water conservancy dispatching project,the regional sustainable development ability should be considered.According to the demand,the sustainable development ability evaluation of water and soil conservation in water conservancy dispatching project is proposed.Firstly,the ecological footprint model of water and soil conservation is established,and the state of regional ecological footprint is given.According to the model,the water and soil benefits of the region are calculated to determine the corresponding value of water and soil benefits.At the same time,the indicators of sustainable development ability of water and soil conservation in the region are calculated quantitatively,and the normalized results are obtained,and the evaluation results are given.The sustainable development ability of soil and water conservation in an area under water conservancy dispatching project is evaluated.The evaluation result of sustainable development ability of the area is given through calculation,which proves that the evaluation method has practical value.
