海绵城市理念下的初期雨水治污技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 城市建设中,建筑与道路等人工构筑物改变了原有的下垫面条件和水文特征,使地表径流增加。为了缓解城市内涝及利用雨水资源,海绵城市以雨洪管理为目标,采用绿色基础设施,从传统的“以排为主”的雨水资源管理向雨水收集与再利用过程转变。因初期雨水杂物较多、水质差,城市道路初期雨水中含有大量悬浮固体(SS)、耗氧污染物(如COD、BOD)、富营养物质(如TP、TN)和重金属等,在收集利用时将初期雨水排走,初期弃流进入河道影响河道水质或进入污水管网将加重污水处理厂的负担与成本。为了充分利用雨水资源,改善水生态环境,需考虑海绵城市建设中对绿色基础设施的要求,对初期雨水进行处理,避免产生较多的初期弃流。 In urban construction,artificial structures such as buildings and roads have changed the original under lying surface conditions and hydrological characteristics,and increased surface runoff.In order to alleviate urban waterlogging and utilize rainwater resources,sponge city aim at rainwater management and adopts green infrastructure to transform from the traditional"drainage-based"rainwater management to the process of rainwater collection and reuse.Because the initial rainwater contains more impurities and the water quality is poor,the initial rainwater on urban roads contains a large amount of suspended solids(SS),oxygen-consuming pollutants(such as COD,BOD),eutrophic substances(such as TP,TN)and heavy metals.Draining the initial rainwater during collection and utilization,the initial rainwater entering the river will affect the water quality or entering the sewage pipe network,which will increase the burden and cost of the sewage treatment plant.In order to make full use of rainwater resources and improve the water ecological environment,it is necessary to consider the requirements of green infrastructure in the construction of sponge city,and to treat the initial rainwater without generating much initial abandoned flow.
