摘要
为提高车站卸车效率,促进济南局集团公司调度、车站、专用线(港口)卸车协同联动,保障货运、行车、机务等各个专业作业有序衔接,从研发背景、总体架构、技术架构、功能分析方面阐述车站卸车组织信息系统,在此基础上,研究分析运行图设计与计划算法、视频与深度学习技术、北斗技术、红外技术和手持终端技术等车站卸车组织信息系统关键技术,有助于提高卸车组织指挥过程的标准化、信息化和智能化水平,提升车站卸车效率,降低现场工作劳动强度,为加强车站卸车组织提供支撑。
This paper expounded the information system for loading and unloading organizations in stations from the aspects of R&D background,overall architecture,technical architecture,and functional analysis.The goal is to improve the loading and unloading efficiency of railway stations,facilitate the coordination among dispatching,stations,and special railway lines(ports)in China Railway Jinan Group Co.,Ltd.,and safeguard the connection among freight transportation,train operation,and locomotives.In addition,the application of advanced information technologies was studied,such as the operation diagram design and planning algorithm,video and deep learning technology,Beidou technology,infrared technology,and hand-held terminal technology.The research is helpful to improve the standardization,informatization,and intelligence of the command process of the loading and unloading organization,enhance the loading and unloading efficiency of the stations,reduce the labor intensity of field work,and provide support for strengthening the loading and unloading organization of the stations.
