摘要
系统总结悬钩子属植物浆果的多酚化学组成及其生理活性,深入分析现代提取分离方法(双水相提取法、酶提取法和超声波法等)在该属植物浆果多酚提纯中的应用,以期为该属植物资源的利用及药食用功能产品的开发提供科学依据。
The composition and physiological activity of polyphenols of Rubus were summarized in this paper.The application of methods for modern extraction and separation(aqueous two-phase extraction,enzyme-assisted extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction,etc)in polyphenols purification of medicinal edible plant of Rubus were deeply analyzed.It is expected to provide scientific basis for the utilization of plant resources and development of edible and medicinal functional products of Genus Rubus.
