新媒体平台对新冠肺炎舆情传播的影响研究

Research on the Influence of New Media Platform on the Spread of Public Sentiment on COVID-19

新媒体平台能够有效促进信息公开透明,避免谣言扩散;提升公众在信息透明社会背景下的话语权,帮助群众合理宣泄情感,有利于社会公众的心理健康。新媒体平台是传统媒体信息传播的有效补充,对突发性公共卫生事件舆情有着重要的影响,关注、分析新媒体信息,有利于公众及时准确接收舆情信息,促进政府部门把控舆情方向,加强公共决策的科学性。以新冠肺炎疫情期间的新媒体运行为研究对象,分析梳理新媒体信息内容特点、传播方式、公众在新媒体上的行为表现等,据此探讨突发性公共卫生事件期间新媒体的作用,以及新媒体信息传播的特征,提出突发性公共卫生事件期间舆情监控的建议,为合理应用新媒体平台、引导和监控舆情提供依据。

New media platforms can effectively promote information openness and transparency and avoid rumors spreading.It is beneficial to the mental health of the public to enhance the public’s right of speech in the context of information transparency and help the public to properly vent their emotions.As an effective supplement to traditional media information dissemination,new media platform has an important impact on public opinion in emergent public health events.Paying attention to and analyzing new media information is helpful for the public to receive public opinion information timely and accurately,promoting government departments to control the direction of public opinion,and strengthening the scientific nature of public decision-making.Therefore,taking the operation of new media during the outbreak of COVID-19 as the research object,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the carding new media information content,mode of transmission,the public behavior in the new media,etc.,thus to discussed the effect of new media during the emergent public health events,and the features of new media information dissemination,put forward the suggestion of public opinion monitoring during emergent public health events,to provide the basis for rational application of new media platform,guidance and monitoring of public opinion.
