摘要
在严峻的新冠疫情形势下,老年人群由于其自身特点而成为新冠肺炎的易感人群和高危人群。医养结合机构是未来中国养老机构发展的趋势,属于老年人群密集型服务场所,一旦发生新冠肺炎疫情,后果将不堪设想。结合医养结合机构在疫情中的实际情况,从养老照护人员紧缺、医养结合机构缺少传染病隔离区域以及风险管理不完善的角度进行分析,并针对困境从人力资源多维补充、创建医养结合智能隔离病房和完善医养结合机构风险管理的角度提出建议。
Under the severe situation of COVID-19,the elderly population has become the susceptible and high-risk groups of COVID-19 because of their own characteristics.The integration of medical and nursing pension institutions is the development trend of China’s pension institutions in the future,which belon gs to the intensive service places for the elderly.Once the COVID-19 outbreak occurs,the consequences will be unimaginable.In combination with the practical situation of the integration of medical and nursing pension institutions in the epidemic,this paper analyzed the shortage of nursing staff for the elderly,the lack of infectious disease isolation area in the integration of medical and nursing pension institutions and the imperfect risk management,and put forward suggestions from the perspectives of multi-dimensional supplement of human resources,creation of intelligent isolation ward and improvement of risk management in medical and nursing institutions.
