居民对安宁疗护的认知现状及选择意愿调查

Survey on Residents’Cognition Status and Choice Intention to Hospice Care

为了解民众对安宁疗护的认知程度和个人选择意愿,为安宁疗护的发展和推进提供决策依据,采取配额抽样方法,选取广州市11个区的1200名广州市居民进行问卷调查。回收有效问卷969份,其中290人(29.9%)从未听过安宁疗护,18人(1.8%)非常了解安宁疗护,661人(68.3%)对安宁疗护有一定程度的认知;772人(79.7%)表示会选择安宁疗护,197人(20.3%)不愿选择安宁疗护。通过卡方检验得到女性、较高年龄、较高学历的居民对安宁疗护的认知度更高,二元Logistic回归分析表明接受过生死教育、死亡恐惧感高、月可支配收入高的居民愿意选择安宁疗护的概率更高。得出居民的安宁疗护认知普遍不足,但是选择在临终前接受安宁疗护的意愿较高,精神抚慰成为重点需求,家庭式安宁疗护服务前景广阔,提高安宁疗护认知、降低感知费用和提升心理慰藉服务将有利于安宁疗护工作的推广和普及。

In order to understand the public’s awareness of hospice care and personal choice intention,and to provide decision-making basis for the development and promotion of hospice care,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1200 Guangzhou residents in 11 districts of Guangzhou by using quota sampling method.A total of 969 valid questionnaires were retrieved,of which 290(29.9%)had never heard of hospice care,18(1.8%)knew the hospice very well,and 661(68.3%)had a certain degree of cognition;772(79.7%)indicated that they would choose hospice care,and 197 people(20.3%)were unwilling to choose.Chi-square test showed that female,older,higher-educated residents had higher awareness of hospice care.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that residents who had received life-and-death education,high fear of death,and high monthly disposable income were more likely to choose hospice care.It is concluded that residents’cognition of hospice care is generally insufficient,but they are willing to accept hospice care before dying,and spiritual comfort becomes a key need.The prospect of home-based hospice care is broad.Increasing awareness of hospice care,reducing perceived costs and improving psychological comfort services will be beneficial to the promotion and popularization of hospice care.
