摘要
文章通过对高效散热铝型材外形结构的要求进行分析,阐述了挤压模具设计原理和制造加工工艺;结果表明,优化设计后的挤压模具明显减少危险断面的断裂系数,有效调节金属挤压时的流速,保证型材的顺利挤出。
Based on the analysis of the shape structure requirements of high-efficiency heat dissipation aluminum profile,this paper expounds the design principle and manufacturing process of extrusion die.The results show that the optimized design of extrusion die can significantly reduce the fracture coefficient of dangerous section,effectively adjust the flow rate of metal extrusion,and ensure the smooth extrusion of profile.
