Introduction on Spatial Structure Design of Latern-Shaped Aluminum Alloy

某综合陈列馆的外围护结构采用了灯笼状的铝合金空间结构,为了适应灯笼状的外形,采用了弯曲度大于规范要求的曲杆,并采用铸铝节点将曲杆相连;同时,为满足特殊的建筑要求,还采用了大量的开孔铝板作为面板。文章以该结构为背景,介绍了此类铝合金空间的结构选型、曲杆设计、节点设计以及结构分析方面的设计要点,可供类似工程参考。

In this paper,the outer protection structure of a comprehensive exhibition hall is made of aluminum alloy with the shape of lantern.In order to adapt to the shape of lantern,the curved rod with the bending degree greater than the requirement of the code is adopted,and the curved rod is connected by cast aluminum joints.At the same time,in order to meet the special architectural requirements,a large number of perforated aluminum panels are used as panels.With this structure as the background,this paper introduces the design key points of structure selection,curved bar design,joint design and structure analysis of this kind of aluminum alloy space,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
