文章以全油回收系统为背景,介绍了S7-1500 PLC在工程应用中的优势,并详细介绍了SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC在全油回收控制系统中的选型、组态及编程设计。实践证明,SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC在全油回收系统设计中提高了系统响应速度和稳定性,提高了程序编程和调试效率,节省了故障处理时间,取得了良好的应用效果。
Based on the oil recovery system,this paper introduces the advantages of S7-1500 PLC in engineering application,and introduces in detail the selection,configuration and programming design of SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC in the oil recovery control system.The practice shows that SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC improves the response speed and stability of the oil recovery system,improves the efficiency of program programming and debugging,saves fault handling time,and achieves good application effect.
