基于数据挖掘的冠心病气阴两虚证临床的用药规律

Literature Study on Clinical Medication of Qi-Yin Deficiency of Coronary Heart Disease Based on Data Mining

目的:总结冠心病气阴两虚证中医药治疗规律,服务临床。方法:搜集中国期刊全文数据库、中国学术期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库,近20年应用中医药治疗冠心病气阴两虚证的临床文献,使用Excel、SPSS 25.0以及SPSS 18.0等工具挖掘处方用药规律。结果:符合纳入标准的文献共126篇,包含处方94个,中药131味,用药1196频次;出现药物以辛、甘味等温性药和苦、酸味等寒性药为主,主要入心经;使用频率较高的3种中药是补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热药,使用种类较多的5种中药是补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药、理气药、解表药,使用频次前2位的补虚药是麦冬、甘草,使用频次前2位的活血化瘀药是丹参、川芎,“麦冬-五味子”为出现频次最多且支持度最高的药物配伍组合。结论:临床上应用补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热药,灵活配伍理气药、解表药、收涩药、止血药等治疗冠心病气阴两虚证可显著提高疗效。

Objective:To summarize the therapeutic law of qi-yin deficiency syndrome in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:The clinical literature of the treatment of qi and iin deficiency of CHD with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the past 20 years was searched,and the prescription medication law was used with the tools of EXCEL,SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 and other tools.Results:A total of 126 papers met the inclusion criteria,including 94 prescriptions,131 Chinese medicinal and 1196 times of use were adopted.The main drugs were acrid,sweet and isothermal drugs and bitter and sour drugs,mainly enters the Heart Channel.The 3 kinds of Chinese medicinal which were used frequently were tonifying drugs,activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and heat-clearing drugs.The 5 kinds of Chinese medicinals which were used more frequently were supplementing qi deficiency drugs,heat-clearing drugs,activating blood to remove blood stasis drugs,regulating qi and relieving exterior symptoms drugs.Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix Glycyrrhizae were used in the first 2 places frequently.Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong were used in the first 2 places frequently.Radix ophiopogonis-fructus schisandrae Chinensis were the most frequently used and mostly supported drug combination.Conclusion:The clinical application of tonic drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,flexible compatibility with qi-regulating drugs,anti-exterior drugs,astringent drugs and hemostatic drugs can significantly improve the curative effect of CHD with qi-yin deficiency syndrome.
