中医外治法治疗癌性疼痛的临床研究

Progress in Clinical Research on External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cancer Pain

癌性疼痛(简称“癌痛”)是中晚期癌症患者最常见的症状之一,目前治疗以WHO的“三阶梯”镇痛原则为指导,结合各类“癌痛实践指南”为主体,但这些方案存在局部疼痛控制不佳、药物不良反应等诸多问题。中医外治法历史悠久,理论体系完善,治疗方法多样,作用显著,开展了大量研究,取得了很好疗效。对此,查阅整理近5年中医外治法治疗癌痛的相关文献进行综述,归纳总结癌痛的病因病机及癌痛近年来最常用的中医外治方法,提出中医外治法还存在的一些不足之处以及相关完善方案,为日后中医外治法治疗癌痛的研究提供参考。

Cancer pain is one of the most common symptoms of patients with advanced cancer.Currently,the treatment is guided by WHO′s“three-step”analgesia principle and combined with various“cancer pain practice guidelines”as the subject,but these schemes have many problems such as poor local pain control and adverse drug reactions etc.TCM has a long history of external treatment,a complete theoretical system,a variety of therapeutic methods and remarkable effects.Many scholars have carried out a lot of research and achieved good curative effects.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pain in recent five years related literature were reviewed,and we summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of pain and pain in recent years,and the most commonly used Chinese medicine external treatment methods.We put forward the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment also exists some disadvantages and relevant perfect solution,providing reference for future research on the treatment of cancer pain with external Chinese medicine.
