Study on the Contents and Correlation of Microelements in Pitaya Trees

摘要 为探索‘大红’火龙果树体3个关键时期微量元素,为火龙果科学施肥提供依据,以‘大红’火龙果结果枝为研究对象,于4月、10月及翌年4月测定分析跟踪采集的火龙果枝条的Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B含量,并分析积累量变化及相关性。不同时期微量元素含量不同,Fe元素含量呈现先降后升的显著变化,翌年4月最高;Zn元素含量呈现先升后降的变化,10月最高;枝条Mn、Cu、B的含量均呈现上升的变化,翌年4月最高。成熟枝条Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B元素积累量有差异,其中,Cu积累量最低,4月Fe积累量最高,10月及翌年4月Mn的积累量最高。按每hm2培育20t成熟枝条计算,养分需求高低排序为Fe(105.47g)>Mn(102.61g)>Zn(79.69g)>B29.95g>Cu(17.71g)。结果表明:火龙果枝条中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B元素在不同时期含量及积累量有一定差异,各个元素积累量之间存在着相互促进的协同性。 The aims of this study were to explore the microelements in three key periods of pitaya trees named'Dahong'and provide a basis for scientific fertilization of pitaya.Taking the bearing branches of'Dahong'pitaya as the experiment material,the correlation between the contents and accumulation changes of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn and B in the pitaya branches,which were collected in April,October,and April of the next year,were determined and analyzed.It indicated that the content of microelements varied in different periods:the content of Fe increased first and then decreased significantly,and it was the highest in April of the next year;the content of Zn increased first and then decreased significantly,and it was the highest in October;the contents of Mn,Cu and B showed an increasing change,and they were the highest in April of the next year. The accumulation amount of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and B was significantly different in the mature branches: the accumulation amount of Cu was the lowest;the accumulation amount of Fe was the highest in April;the accumulation amount of Mn was the highest in October and in April of the next year. The following were the order of nutrition requirements from high to low: Fe (105.47g)>Mn (102.61g)> Zn (79.69g)> B ( 29.95g)>Cu (17.71g), when it was calculated by cultivating 20 tons mature branches per hm2.The results showed that there were certain differences in the contents and accumulation amounts of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and B in Pitaya branches during different periods, and there was a mutually promoting synergy in the accumulation amounts of various microelements.
