超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗PPC的效果及复发率观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Percutaneous Puncture Catheter Drainage on PPC and Recurrence rate

目的研究超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗老年胰腺假性囊肿(PPC)的效果及复发率。方法回顾性分析本院50例老年PPC患者临床资料,根据患者治疗方式分为研究组(28例)和对照组(22例),前者行超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗,后者行常规开腹引流手术。比较两组患者治疗效果、围手术期指标以及并发症情况,术后半年进行随访,统计患者复发情况。结果研究组手术、住院时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组复发率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(7.14%vs.36.36%,P<0.05);研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组(96.43%vs.77.27,P<0.05)。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流应用于老年PPC患者可明显缩短手术以及恢复时间,提高治疗效果,降低并发症,同时复发率低。

Objective To study curative effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage(PPCD)on the elderly with pancreatic pseudocysts(PPC)and recurrence rate.Methods The clinical data of 50 elderly PPC patients who were diagnosed were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(28 cases)and control group(22 cases).The former underwent ultrasound-guided PPCD,while the latter underwent routine open drainage.The curative effect,perioperative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Follow-up was performed after six months of surgery.The recurrence situations of patients were statistically analyzed.Results The operation time and hospitalization time in study group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(7.14% vs 36.36%,P<0.05).The curative effect of study group was significantly better than that of control group(96.43% vs77.27,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound-guided PPCD in elderly PPC patients can significantly shorten operation time and recovery time,improve curative effect,reduce complications,with low recurrence rate.
