摘要
目的探讨情景模拟教学法在临床护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法选择95名护理实习生,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(47例)与对照组(48例),对照组实施传统带教模式,观察组实施情景模拟教学法,比较两组理论成绩、操作成绩及教学满意度。结果培训前,两组理论成绩及操作成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,观察组理论成绩及操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理实习带教中应用情景模拟教学法有助于实习生掌握理论知识和操作技能,提高教学质量,提升教学满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of scene simulation teaching method in clinical nursing practice teaching.Methods 95 nursing interns from June 2019 to July 2020 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n = 47)and control group(n = 48)by random number table method.The control group was given traditional teaching mode,and the observation group was given scenario simulation teaching method.The theoretical performance,operation performance and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before training,there was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical and operational performance(P>0.05);after training,the theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching method in clinical nursing practice teaching can help interns master theoretical knowledge and operation skills,improve teaching quality and improve teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
