基于水量水质综合评价的洪水资源利用方式分析

Analysis of Flood Resource Utilization Mode Based on the Comprehensive Evaluation of Water Quantity and Quality

利用洪水资源解决水资源短缺问题前,需进行洪水资源评价。在洪水资源评价研究中水量水质综合评价较少,不便于洪水资源的规划利用、保护和管理。研究以太子河流域为例,对太子河流域水量、水质进行了综合评价,得到汛期太子河不同水质类别的水对应的可用水量,并基于综合评价结果对太子河流域的洪水资源利用方式进行了探讨,为实现流域洪水资源化提供依据。

Before using flood resources to solve the problem of water shortage,the flood resources should be evaluated.In the researches of flood resource evaluation,there are few comprehensive evaluation of water quantity and quality,which brings inconvenience to the planning,utilization,protection and management of flood resources.Taking Taizi River basin as an example,the water quantity and quality of Taizi River basin are comprehensively evaluated.Based on the evaluation results,the available water amount with different water quality class in flood season in Taizi River is obtained.The utilization mode of flood resources in Taizi River basin is discussed,which provides the basis for the utilization of watershed flood resources.
