大型抽水蓄能电站机组与区域环境振动联合测试研究初探 被引量:6

摘要 黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站投产以来,部分工况下机组的振动、摆度偏大,过渡工况下机组内部的压力脉动剧烈,尤其是电站输水系统高压岔管上方山体存在区域环境振动问题。基于以上问题开展了机组与区域环境振动联合测试研究工作,明确了区域环境振动的激振源及其传递路径,即活动导叶与转轮间动静干涉引起的水力激振向上游进行了传播。同时对抽水蓄能电站机组选型、水力设计以及输水系统的布置设计提出了一点建议,可供同类工程提供借鉴和参考。 Since the Heimifeng Pumped-storage Power Station is put into operation,the vibration and swing of the units under certain operating conditions are larger,the pressure pulsation inside the unit under transition condition is severe,and especially the mountain area above the high-pressure bifurcation pipe of the water conveyance system of the power station has regional environmental vibration.In view of above problems,the combined vibration test of unit and regional environment is carried out.The excitation source and transmission path of regional environment vibration are clarified,that is,the hydraulic excitation vibration caused by the dynamic-static interference between the guide vanes and the runner and its propagating to upstream.Some suggestions are put forward for unit selection,hydraulic design and water conveyance system layout design of pumped storage power station,which can provide references for similar projects.
