摘要
风机基础的健康监测是智慧风场建设的重要部分,但目前监控时需要在基础环环周布置较多的传感器,过多的传感器会导致运维成本的增加和长期可靠性的降低,因此需要了解基础环的动态偏移特征来为传感器的精简和优化布置提供理论依据。通过对某基础环式风机基础进行动态监测,研究基础环在风机运行过程中的动态偏移特征,论证基础环在风机正常运行阶段变形的刚性假定,并分析影响风机基础环动态偏移角的因素。研究成果表明:风机在正常运行阶段,基础环同一直径上两点的垂直位移变化呈反对称分布,基础环相对于混凝土的运动可近似视为刚体运动;基础环的动态偏移大小与轮毂转速正相关,动态偏移方向与风向有一致性。
The health monitoring of wind turbine foundation is an important part of the construction of smart wind farms,but the monitoring requires many sensors to be arranged around the foundation ring at present.Too many sensors will increase the operation and maintenance costs and reduce long-term reliability.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the dynamic offset characteristics of the foundation ring to provide a theoretical basis for the simplification and optimization of sensor layout.Based on the dynamic monitoring of the ring-type foundation of a wind turbine,the dynamic offset characteristics of the foundation ring during the operation of wind turbine is studied to demonstrate the rigid assumption of the deformation of foundation ring during the normal operation of wind turbine,and analyze the factors affecting the dynamic offset angle of foundation ring.The research results show that,(a)during the normal operation of wind turbines,the vertical displacement changes of two points on the same diameter of foundation ring are distributed in anti-symmetric mode,and the movement of the foundation ring relative to the concrete can be approximated as rigid body motion;and(b)the size of dynamic offset of the foundation ring is positively related to the speed of turbine hub,and the dynamic offset direction is consistent with the wind direction.
