An Automatic Detection Method for Leakage and Deviation Proofing of Exhaust Valve

围绕WXH-086型压缩机在装配完工后,存在排气阀片漏装或装偏,且无法通过仪器进行判定,从而导致压缩反转和异响这一现象,以排气阀片安装是否合理为试验载体,以现有生产线的性能测试台为试验平台,以试验法为主,提出一种可在线自动判别排气阀片是否漏装或装偏的有效检测方法。

After assembly of WXH-086 compressor is completed,there is leakage or deviation of the exhaust valve sheet,and it cannot be determined by the instrument,which leads to compression reversal and abnormal sound.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward an effective detection method which can automatically identify whether the exhaust valve sheet leaks or deviates online.Performance test platform of the existing production line is used to test whether the installation of the exhaust valve sheet is reasonable.An effective detection method is proposed to automatically on-line determine whether the exhaust valve plate is missing or offset.
