7000 m测井绞车滚筒强度及电磁场分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对7000 m测井绞车滚筒断裂问题,以无磁钢材料为基础,建立了三维有限元分析模型。通过计算,分析了该绞车滚筒在工作状态下等效应力应变、位移的分布规律,得出了滚筒筒身与轮毂连接处及内部加强筋处的应力应变为最大,同时绞车轮毂侧板上自中心向外侧呈现轴向位移变化量依次增加;再者通过磁性体材料靠近原绞车滚筒电磁场,电磁通量改变了其稳定性,影响了滚筒上缠绕电缆信号的稳定性。从结果得出,测井绞车滚筒材料应具有一定的抗磁化能力,建议常规采用奥氏体钢材料,为以后在滚筒的优化设计方面提供了很好的理论基础。 Focusing on the problem of 7000 m logging winch drum fracture,this paper establishes a three-dimensional finite element analysis model based on non-magnetic steel materials.Through calculation,the distribution law of equivalent stress,strain and displacement of the winch drum under working conditions are analyzed.It is concluded that the stress and strain at the connection between the winch barrel and the hub,as well as on the ribs inside the barrel are the maximum.The axial displacement changes gradually increase on the side plate of the winch hub from the center to the outer side.Through the magnetic material close to the electromagnetic field of the original winch drum,the electromagnetic flux changes its stability and affects the stability of the cable winding signal on the drum.The results prove that the logging winch drum material should have a certain anti-magnetization ability.It is recommended to use austenite steel material.A good theoretical basis is provided for the optimized design of the drum in the future.
