核电厂备件管理策略研究

Study on Management Strategy of Spare Parts in Nuclear Power Plants

由于核电厂对设备可用率要求较高,而库存金额又受到越来越严格的限制,因而对备件管理水平提出了较高的需求。文中根据国内某大型核电厂近10 a的备件管理工作实践,针对核电厂备件管理在生产准备、移交接产、商运至稳定等各个阶段的特点和策略进行探讨。

Because of the higher requirement of equipment availability and the more and more strict limitation of stock amount in nuclear power plants,the higher demand for spare parts management level is put forward.Based on the practice of spare parts management in a large nuclear power plant in China for about 10 years,this paper discusses the characteristics and strategies of spare parts management in various stages of production preparation,handover,commercial transportation,and stable operation.
