摘要 根据某镜筒件的工艺特点,选择塑料模具加工,但该镜筒件存在产品壁薄、结构复杂、异形、精度高、加工过程中易变形等工艺难题,从而影响了产品装配的工艺性,不易达到使用要求。文中对镜筒件的加工工艺进行了一系列优化设计,改进热处理工艺,设计专用夹具,实现镜筒件可靠装夹和机械加工性能提升,提高了加工质量和效率。 A certain lens barrel is processed by plastic molds according to the product process characteristics,but the lens barrel has thin product walls,complex structure,special shape,high precision,easy deformation,low precision and other technical problems during the processing,so the product cannot meet the requirements.In view of the above problems,a series of optimized designs are carried out on the processing technology of the lens barrel.The heat treatment process is improved.The special fixture device is designed to realize the reliable clamping of the lens barrel and the improvement of the machining performance,and improve the processing quality and efficiency.
