摘要
分析了双销轴耳板连接的传力机理。结合API 4F规范的规定,提出了双销轴耳板连接的计算方法。针对某实际钻机井架结构,分别采用手工计算和数值计算方法,计算井架关键部位双载荷路径节点的位移、应力,对双销轴耳板连接进行了研究。结果分析表明,API 4F规范关于双载荷路径的有关条文不很严谨,并根据自己的研究结果,给出了双载荷路径连接节点的实用计算方法,并对规范有关条文提出了建议。对石油钻机井架的设计有一定的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the force transmission mechanism of double pin ear plate connection.Based on the provisions of API 4f specification,the calculation method of double pin ear plate connection is proposed.Combined with the actual derrick structure of a drilling rig,manual calculation and numerical calculation are used to calculate the displacement and stress of the double load path node in the key parts of the derrick,the double pin ear plate connection is studied.The results show that the relevant provisions of API 4f code about double load path are not very strict.According to the research results,the practical calculation method of double load path connection node is given,and the relevant provisions of the code are proposed.It has a certain guiding significance for the design of oil rig derrick.
