一种应用于电动车轮毂的多孔攻丝专机设计

摘要 为解决电动车轮毂在机加工攻丝工序中质量不稳定和效率偏低的问题,结合生产实际自主开发设计了一台能实现多孔攻丝的专机设备。文中阐述了其设计思想和主要结构,分析了保证质量和效率的关键技术。通过生产实践应用表明,该机使用性能稳定,产品生产效益显著提高,在类似多孔加工场合下有较高的实用价值。 In order to solve the problem of unstable quality and low efficiency in the machining and tapping process of electric wheel hubs,a special machine that can realize multi-hole tapping is developed and designed in combination with the actual production.This paper expounds its design ideas and main structure,and analyzes the key technologies to ensure quality and efficiency.Through production practice and application,it is shown that the machine performance is stable,the production efficiency of the product is significantly improved,and it has high practical value in similar multi-hole processing occasions.
