大型筒体卧式对接工艺改进及装备设计应用 被引量:1

摘要 分析了传统航天地面设备大型筒体卧式对接工艺及装备存在的不足,针对航天地面设备大型筒体的特点及对接要求,设计了采用4台具备调姿功能的移动滚轮架车进行大型筒体卧式对接的工艺及装备,实现了大型筒体卧式对接装配过程中筒段的位置和姿态调整。结果表明,该工艺及装备满足航天地面设备大型筒体的对接要求。 The shortcomings of traditional large-scale cylindrical horizontal docking technology and equipment of traditional aerospace ground equipment are analyzed.In view of the characteristics and docking requirements of the large-scale cylinder of aerospace ground equipment,the technology and equipment for large-scale horizontal docking with 4 mobile roller carriages with posture adjustment function are designed.The position and posture adjustment of the cylinder section in the horizontal docking assembly process of the large cylinder body is realized.The results show that the technology and equipment meet the docking requirements of the large-scale cylinder of aerospace ground equipment.
