摘要
内蒙古某锂云母矿中含有Li_(2)O和Rb_(2)O,采用浮选的方法对该矿石的有价组分进行了综合回收。试验表明,当原矿中Li_(2)O和Rb_(2)O品位分别为1.29%和0.42%时,在自然pH条件下,使用自主研发的高效捕收剂CA,最终获得了Li_(2)O品位3.57%、Rb_(2)O品位1.06%、Li_(2)O回收率80.88%、Rb_(2)O回收率73.31%的锂云母精矿,对锂云母矿资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。
A lepidolite ore in Inner Mongolia contains Li_(2)O and Rb_(2)O,and the valuable components of the ore have been comprehensively recovered by flotation.The test shows that when the grades of Li_(2)O and Rb_(2)O in the raw ore are 1.29% and 0.42%,respectively,under natural pH conditions,the self-developed high-efficiency collector CA is used to finally obtain lepidolite concentrates containing Li_(2)O of 3.57% and Rb_(2)O of 1.06% with Li_(2)O recovery of 80.88% and Rb_(2)O recovery of 73.31%,providing a technical basis for the development and utilization of lepidolite resources.
